3 Days Zanzibar Beach Holiday

You will be picked up from the airport and transferred to Zanzibar Stone Town, the historic old city and cultural heart of the island. This area has undergone very little change over the past 200 years, offering a rare opportunity to experience its well-preserved heritage and distinctive antiquity. You will stay at Tembo House Hotel, which features a swimming pool and modern amenities including Wi-Fi and television.

After breakfast, you will begin a guided tour of the town with the assistance of our professional guide. This is one of the most historically significant places along the Indian Ocean coast, where many important events have unfolded. The tour includes visits to the Zanzibar Museum, historical ruins, the former cathedral, and local mosques. You will also have the opportunity to explore the local market and experience the warm hospitality of the people of Zanzibar.

In the evening, depart from the hotel for a sunset walk along the Stone Town waterfront. Dinner will be enjoyed at one of the local restaurants, followed by an overnight stay at Tembo Hotel or Forodhani Park View Hotel.

After breakfast, you will take part in an excursion to the spice and fruit plantations near Stone Town for the famous Spice Tour. This specially designed experience offers in-depth information not only about spices, but also organically grown herbs, including detailed explanations of their traditional uses in medicine, cosmetics, and cooking. Alternatively, you may choose a Prison Island boat tour, where you can enjoy snorkeling, explore coral reef sites, learn about the island’s slave history, and see the famous giant tortoises.

After the tour, you will be treated to a generous lunch at a restaurant selected by our guide, where you can sample fresh spices and fruits. Following lunch, depending on your departure schedule, you will be transferred to the airport for your return flight home or onward travel to other destinations.
