This tour offers a chance to explore the very best parks of Northern Tanzania’s famous safari circuit. You’ll travel to Serengeti National Park to witness the world’s largest wildlife spectacle—the Great Wildebeest Migration. In the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, experience the rare harmony between local communities and wildlife while standing at the edge of the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. The journey continues to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its massive elephant herds and often called the true home of elephants, and Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its unique tree-climbing lions.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1 : Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Pick up from your Hotel In Arusha/Kilimanjaro airport at 8:00am and drive to Tarangire national park (home of elephants) for a full day game drive where Herds of up to 300 elephant can be found, looking for underground streams in the dry riverbeds, while migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest and eland crowd the shrinking lagoons. Abandoned termite mounds often house mongoose colonies. All the main predators are present, but because of thick vegetation, not spotted as often as in some of the other parks in northern Tanzania. Enjoy all day game drive and overnight at Twiga campsite/Ngare Lodge.

Day 2 : Drive to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast as early as 6:00 am you will Depart towards Serengeti national park via Ngorongoro conservation area with on transit game drive to Serengeti and arrive about early afternoon then proceed with day game drive till evening then overnight at Osupuko tented lodge.

Day 3 : Central Serengeti Game Drive

Enjoy full day game drive inside Serengeti; on this day depending upon the season of the year the guide will lead you to the areas where there is high concentration of wildlife so that you can have amazing experience on this day and overnight at Osupuko tented lodge.

Day 4 : Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

Depart Serengeti in the morning with en route game drive to Ngorongoro crater which offers some of the best wildlife viewing in Africa, all the major safari animals occur in great numbers. The resident population of black rhino is a real treat, as rhino are very difficult to spot elsewhere in Tanzania. After game drive inside the crater we will ascend to overnight at Ngare Lodge.

Day 5 : Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast you will for game drive inside Lake Manyara national park a shallow, alkaline lake at the base of the Western Rift Valley escarpment. The park has a remarkable variety of habitats in a small area. The park entrance leads to a beautiful groundwater forest. Other habitats include the grassy floodplain, rocky escarpment and acacia woodland, all of which can be covered in a half-day visit. After the game drive we will start driving toward Arusha city for your overnight/airport for drop off.
